Get in Touch With Us
This is the page to use if you want to contact the Offshore Sportsbooks editorial team. We are an independent comparison site. We review offshore sportsbooks that accept US bettors, and we are not an operator. That shapes what we can help with, and this page sets it out.
Age and eligibility: this site is for adults only. You must be at least 21 to bet, or older if your state or the sportsbook sets a higher minimum. Offshore sportsbooks sit in a legal grey area for US bettors. They are licensed outside the US and carry no US state regulation or player protections. Check your own state's laws before you bet.
How to reach the editorial team
Use the contact form or the editorial email address shown in the site footer or on this page, if one is displayed. We have not published a phone number or live chat, so please don't expect either. Every message goes to the editorial team, and we read what we receive.
We don't promise a fixed reply time. If your message is about a factual error, say so in the subject line. Those get priority.
What we can help with
- Corrections: a bonus term, payment method or rule that looks out of date. Sportsbooks change terms often. Our information was last fact-checked on Sep 30, 2026.
- Questions about our reviews: how we assess odds, market coverage, bonuses, payout speed, banking (including crypto), and trustworthiness. Commission does not buy a higher position.
- Reader reports: your own experience with a sportsbook we list, good or bad. This includes slow or refused payouts. We treat these as reader reports, not verified facts, but they help us decide what to re-check.
- Suggestions: topics you'd like covered, such as verification and lighter-KYC banking, crypto payouts, betting limits or mobile browser experience.
- Business and partnership enquiries: please say who you are and what you propose. Partnerships do not influence rankings.
What we can't do
We don't run any sportsbook, so we can't access your account, release a withdrawal, reverse a bet or settle a dispute. If you have a problem with a specific sportsbook, contact its support team first. Keep your account details, transaction IDs and screenshots.
Because offshore sportsbooks carry no US state player protections, there is no state gaming commission or regulator you can rely on to resolve a dispute. That is a real risk, including the risk that a sportsbook delays or refuses to pay. We can't guarantee any withdrawal, recover funds or act as a go-between.
We also don't give legal, tax or personal betting advice. Laws differ by state, and winnings may be taxable. Please consult a qualified professional.
Before you write: a short checklist
- Name the page or sportsbook you're writing about.
- Say what you think is wrong, and include a link or screenshot if you have one.
- Give dates for anything time-sensitive, such as when you saw a promotion.
- Leave out passwords, full card numbers and ID documents. We will never ask for them.
About the sportsbooks we cover
Our rankings draw on odds, market coverage, bonuses, payout speed and reliability, banking and trustworthiness. The sportsbooks reviewed on the site include Lucky Rebel, Bovada, BetOnline, BetNow, Everygame, BetUS, Sportsbetting, Xbet, MyBookie and ApuestaHoy. Editorial ratings are our own assessments, not customer-review scores. Advertised bonuses always come with rollover, wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits and eligibility rules, so read the sportsbook's own terms before you deposit.
We may earn a commission if you sign up through our links. That is how the site is funded, and it does not decide rankings. If you'd like more on how we assess options, ask us. Readers also interested in a different market may find our page on trusted non GamStop casinos for UK players relevant, though it covers a separate audience.
Responsible gambling support
Betting can lose you money, and you should only wager what you can afford to lose. Never bet to recover losses or to escape stress or money worries. Offshore sportsbooks may lack the responsible gambling and self-exclusion tools that regulated US operators must provide, so set your own limits. Crypto deposits add price volatility risk.
If gambling is causing you harm, call 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537) for free, confidential support. You can also email us and we will point you to support resources. We aren't a counseling service, though.
